FAQ:
How Affordable Housing Works!
The Bria is an affordable housing community. Affordable housing provides financial stability by offering high-quality homes at rents lower than market-rate apartments. Unlike subsidized housing, rents are not income-based or adjusted. Instead, rents for each unit type are set at a fixed rate based on local income guidelines.
